We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this website. Orders will be governed by the Terms in force on the date the order is placed.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all information is accurate, we cannot guarantee that:

• product descriptions are error free;

• colours displayed on screen accurately represent the product;

• specifications remain unchanged.

Stable Angel continually improves its products and reserves the right to alter specifications, materials, dimensions or finishes without prior notice.

All content on this website including but not limited to: photographs, videos, graphics, logos, product designs, manuals, drawings, software, patents, patent applications, registered and unregistered designs, trademarks and written content remain the exclusive property of Stable Angel Limited unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to: withdraw products; discontinue models; change specifications and refuse orders.

All prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices may be shown: including VAT; or excluding VAT, depending upon the section of the website. Delivery charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed once Stable Angel issues written confirmation accepting the order. We reserve the right to reject any order.

We accept payment by approved payment methods displayed on our website. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless alternative credit terms have been agreed in writing.

All card payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Stable Angel does not store complete payment card details.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. We are not liable for delays caused by: courier services; manufacturers; customs; weather; industrial disputes and events outside our reasonable control.

Risk passes to the purchaser upon delivery. Ownership remains with Stable Angel until payment has been received in full.

Customers should inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Any shortage, damage or defect should be reported within 48 hours of delivery together with supporting photographs where appropriate.

Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to investigate claims. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights if you are a consumer.

The Stable Angel machine has been designed solely for the separation and recovery of equine stable bedding and manure. It must not be used for: industrial waste; construction materials; hazardous substances; chemicals; domestic waste; agricultural products other than stable bedding.

Improper use may invalidate the warranty.

The purchaser agrees to: read the Operating Manual; operate the machine safely; carry out routine maintenance; use only genuine replacement parts where specified.

The machine must not be modified without written approval from Stable Angel. Unauthorised modifications immediately invalidate the warranty.

Users are responsible for ensuring: the machine is used safely; children are kept away from the machine; servicing is carried out by competent persons.

Stable Angel accepts no liability arising from misuse.

Performance figures published on this website including references to: bedding savings; waste reduction; labour savings; efficiency improvements. Figures are based upon internal testing and customer experience.

Actual performance will vary depending upon: bedding type; moisture content; horse management; user technique; maintenance. No guarantee is made that identical results will be achieved.

All warranty provisions are contained within our separate Warranty Policy. Normal wear items including but not limited to: screens; bearings; wheels; tyres; brushes; consumable components; are excluded except where defective upon delivery.

We aim to maintain availability of spare parts. However, Stable Angel cannot guarantee future availability indefinitely. Replacement parts should only be fitted in accordance with our instructions.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for: death; personal injury caused by negligence; fraud; any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, Stable Angel”s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for: consequential loss; indirect loss; loss of profits; loss of business; loss of production; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings.

Stable Angel shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including: fire; flood; war; terrorism; strikes; pandemics; shortages of materials; transport disruption; government restrictions.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Stable Angel accepts no responsibility for the content or security of those websites.

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
